If network failure causes your server to be down for more than one hour you will receive a refund on your next bill*. If you experience downtime for one of the reasons listed above you will receive 5% off next month's bill (up to 100%) for every hour of downtime you experience. Not applicable toward add-on services or hardware. Codero's superior technology and infrastructure is what allows us to guarantee you 99.9% uptime. If there ever is a problem, our skilled technicians are available 24/7/365 to address your support needs. Codero offers free basic support via phone and chat.

High-level technicians are accessible 6am-11pm CST for more complicated inquiries. In addition, advanced technical support for complex operations is available at a rate of $99/hour. Such work may include:

  • Installation of software not part of a standard server package
  • Advanced configuration of servers
  • Custom backup scripts
  • Mail server configuration
  • Scripting
