Temporary Outage with upstream provider.

Between 6:32PM and 6:41PM Central Time, Codero experienced a short and transient instability in some of our bandwidth transit providers.  Our Engineering team immediately reacted, and routed the traffic away from the affected providers, to our other redundant links.  Some Codero Customers out of our Phoenix Data Center may have experienced some momentary transient instability in their network traffic.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but as of 6:41PM there should have been no issues.

If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know via phone or chat and we will be happy to help you.

09.26.2012 – Managed Email Issue

We are currently experiencing an issue with our managed e-mail platform. System Administrators and Engineers are currently working on resolving the issue with the data store. We do not currently have an ETA on resolution. Please monitor this status page for updates.

Updates

  • Codero NOC says:

Engineers continue efforts to restore managed email services. We still do not have an ETA. We are working on repairing the data stores for the platform at this time.

  • Codero NOC says:

Managed email services have been restored and mail is currently being delivered. During the outage, we issued a temporary error to remote mail servers telling them to redeliver emails so mails which should have been received should attempt to be redelivered.

Latency / Connectivity issues within Level 3 / XO networks.

Connectivity issues between Level 3 and XO are causing latency and dropped connections in Internet traffic. This is not within the Codero network but end users may be experiencing issues connecting to servers and sites, depending on where they are coming from and heading to. Codero engineers are working with our upstream providers to minimize impact to Codero customers. XO is a provider for Codero, and network engineers are determining whether to shut down this circuit.

This status will be updated as more information becomes available.
