Codero does not offer refunds or credits from one service to another. Please remember to request the cancellation of your old server once you have migrated so that your account does not renew, as we are unable to provide refunds or credits after a service renews.Please note that with prior approval from Codero management, in situations where your new service costs more than the service you are migrating from, Codero may, in its sole discretion, issue a partial credit to your account for the unused time on your old service after you close it.
