How to reset your security passphrase

We here at Codero take security very seriously. Whenever you contact us via telephone or chat, we will request your account passphrase to verify your identity. This is done for your protection. This passphrase is set when first creating your account. Without this passphrase, we will not be able to provide any account information or make any changes to your services or account.

If you don’t remember your passphrase, you may update it by logging in to, clicking the profile tab and then clicking on the “Update Passphrase” button. Choose something that is easy to remember but would be hard for anyone else to guess.

If you are already logged in to your account, that will serve to confirm your identity in chat as well as our ticketing system and you will not be prompted for your passphrase.
