    No, your dedicated server account was not sold to Codero. Codero was created by Aplus.net and operates as a division of Aplus.net. The same great people who have been servicing your account will continue to service your account under the Codero brand.

    You will continue to maintain your current plans and rates under the Codero brand. There will be no pricing or plan changes unless you decide to purchase new services.

    Your physical server is not being moved or migrated, only your account. You will not experience any interruption of service related to migrating your account to our new billing platform.
  9. questionWhen will my account be moved to the new Codero platform?
    It is our hope to complete all migrations to Codero by September 1, 2009. However, we are currently finalizing the migration schedule and will notify you in advance when a final migration date is established.
  10. questionCan I request my account be moved to Codero ahead of the migration schedule?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate migrations outside of the current migration schedule.

    Your account manager will remain the same, as will his/her contact information.
