Jonathan joined Codero as CEO in August 2010. Prior to Codero, Mr. Ewert was the SVP of Corporate Development for LookSmart (NASDAQ: LOOK) where he also served as the company's General Manager. Previously, Jonathan served as the CEO of ePALS Classroom Exchange until the sale of the company and as Vice President of Marketing for Modem Media (NASDAQ: MMPT), where he led the preparation and positioning of the company and the executives for Modem's successful IPO. Previously, Jonathan served in a variety of management roles at Infoseek Corp. until the sale of the company to Disney Corp. (NYSE: DIS).

Ryan joined Aplus.net in 2006 as COO from iNET Interactive where he served as the company’s president until the company was acquired by a private equity firm. Prior to that, Mr. Elledge served as Director of Operations at CommuniTech.net until the acquisition of CommuniTech.net by Web.com.

Eli joined Aplus.net in 2006 and served as the company’s Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Previously, Mr. Bowman served as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with Swiss Re/GE Insurance Solutions and as Information Analytics Manager for Swiss Re and Senior Product Analyst for Aquila Energy.

Nick joined Aplus.net in 2006 as VP of Development, leading the development and technical operations teams including programming, systems and network engineering, database design, hardware testing and more. Previously he served as Product Engineer Manager at Web.com who acquired Communitech.net where he had held the same role.

Ralph helped start Codero after joining Aplus.net in early 2007. He has significant experience as corporate counsel, and in merger and acquisition transactions, internet law, corporate formations and dissolutions, and contract law.
