    We’re one of your clients.

We’re so worried about recent your server disconnection problems.

The worst thing is your CS response to our live chat and phone call.
    It’s always busy.

In deciding whether or not to switch to Codero, this video actually made me WANT to come with you guys because of your honesty about your screw up.

Every great host has an issue now and then, but I’ve never seen one so up front and honest about it.

SJ – In light of the situation last week, our support queue was severely overloaded. On average, our support responds in less than a minute to all chat and calls. I apologize for the strain we caused and we are committed to making you satisfied. Continue to follow us here, @Codero and @CoderoNOC for the latest updates and eventual incidence report from last week.

Neville – Thanks for the positive feedback about the video. It was obvious from the beginning that we needed to provide more information to our customers and our COO made it his priority to respond. We understand each customer has a business to grow and they make the choice to host with us. That choice is not taken lightly. In our eyes, the only way to provide great customer service is to be completely transparent.

Best of luck to you both!
    Peter
