An Open Holiday Letter to Codero Customers, Employees, and our Network of Family and Friends

As 2012 rapidly draws to a close, I find myself thinking about the past year, and looking forward to the next.  This is typically a time where we set aside time for friends and family to celebrate and reflect on our many blessings. There is no better group of people I am grateful to, than you, our customers, for giving us your confidence, and an opportunity to serve you. I also am grateful to our employees that have helped make 2012 a very successful year for Codero.

This time of year is also a time to look forward to the many opportunities that lie ahead. Nearly a year ago, I joined Codero as CEO, and embarked on a path aimed at elevating and transforming Codero to be a premier provider of Dedicated, Cloud, and Managed Hosting Services. While we know this is not an easy endeavor, I am pleased to say that we are making tremendous strides in all aspects to delivering the Exceptional Hosting Service you deserve.

This past year, we have made significant progress in improving our network, our datacenters, response time, and customer service levels. We also are adding new and innovative products that our customers want such as Smart Servers(TM) and the MicroCloud(TM). We added our new Ashburn, Virginia Data Center location rounding out our presence throughout the country. I’m also proud and grateful of the fact that we continue to attract some of the top talent in the industry. With these additions this past year, our mantra, our obsession, in fact, has become making customers smile. Every decision we make is with you – our customer – in mind.

I, along with our entire team at Codero, have been working towards providing a renewed customer experience, with the level of exceptional service you deserve and expect.

  • Customer service and loyalty ratings have more than doubled in this past year
  • Over 97% of standard Dedicated Servers are being provisioned in less than 1Hr
  • Smart Serverofferings in both Phoenix, and Ashburn DC are delivering unprecedented flexibility to Dedicated Server customers
  • Uptime has been consistently greater than 99.999% due to the fundamental network improvements
  • Codero MicroCloud has delivered incredible value to customers, giving them a unique private cloud experience

I also recognize there are areas we can improve upon; and I commit to you that we will make progress on a daily basis and continue to enhance the service we provide to you. I want to continue hear from you on these areas.

I hope you join us as we continue to evolve, and I’m excited about what lies ahead for all of us in 2013 and beyond. This is just the beginning of what we have in store, I promise you.  As our revolutionary, automated, hybrid cloud future is shaping up, we want you to experience firsthand the evolution that’s taking place.
