A Time To Give Thanks

The time around Thanksgiving provides the perfect chance to take a few moments to look back at the past 12 months and say “thank you” for all of the blessings we have received.  As I take time to reflect on the events of my life, both professionally and personally, I am truly grateful to be participating in this wonderful opportunity.  Our lives get busy, and it’s easy to forget that we have a lot to be thankful for. It’s imperative that we make time to appreciate all of the positive things that are too frequently overlooked while we rush to meet a deadline, or live our busy lives.

Thankful to our customers, and employees

At Codero, we have plenty to be thankful for this year thanks to our customers, and employees. 2013 brought with it a wealth of new and exciting developments for the company. We launched several products, including Smart Servers, Storage Portfolio (NAS and SAN), Cloud 2.0, and most exciting for me, our recently-released flagship product, Codero On-Demand Hybrid Cloud™. By all accounts it has been a banner year.  But none of it would be possible without you: our clients, customers, and partners. We would not be where we are today without you and the trust you place in Codero on a daily basis.

While it is impossible to convey the extent of our appreciation, we strive to express our gratitude through providing the best service possible and creating cutting edge hosting solutions that make life easier and more productive for our customers. As we add more products, unique solutions, and data centers, we look forward to the growth of our customer relationships. I want to assure you that your feedback is what drives our business. From direct communication to the Net Promoter Surveys you complete, your input is extremely valuable. I want to personally thank you for taking the time to communicate with us.  Thanks to your suggestions we have become a stronger company with improved focus on delivering the best products, and providing the exceptional service you deserve. We value your voice and appreciate your candor. We have listened, and are responding accordingly. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Big Thank You To Our Employees!

I would also like to thank the employees of Codero, both past and present. We have created something unique in the marketplace, and each of you has contributed greatly to the services and products we provide. Your hard work and perseverance have helped shape this company into what we are today, and what we will become tomorrow. Each year we achieve the unachievable: we increase the number of happy customers, we create more valuable products than the year prior, and we expand our technology platform to reach new heights. This year our team has expanded exponentially at all of our office locations in Austin, Kansas City, and Phoenix. We are also incredibly excited that we have been joined by industry stalwart: Robert Autenrieth as COO. Robert has the skill and vision to help us all take Codero to the next level. Thanks to all of you, for all that you do every day to make Codero a leader in Hosting.

Last but not least, I would like to thank our extended Codero family: my family and all the families of our employees for always being there for us. They always understand when we have to be away for extended periods of time, or kept at the office late into the night. Without a great extended Codero family and strong support from them this post, and these achievements would just not be possible.
